Commercial and licence data
TRINITY HUB processes transaction identifiers required to create a licence, the address associated with the purchase when Paddle supplies it, the product, licence status and technical events essential to delivery.
Activation
Management of the maximum 3 activations uses a hashed technical device fingerprint together with the activation status and identifier. The licence key is stored locally by the application for subsequent checks.
Payment
Paddle processes payments as Merchant of Record. TRINITY does not collect full payment-card details.
Trinity Vision and Pl@ntNet
A photo is sent to the Pl@ntNet identification service only when the user launches Trinity Vision. Pl@ntNet states that images are processed in volatile memory and are not stored in its database; technical request history may be retained under its own terms.
Providers and retention
Operation may involve Paddle, Render, Neon, Cloudflare and Pl@ntNet. Transaction, licence and activation data are retained for as long as needed to provide the product, prevent abuse, offer support and meet applicable obligations.
