Refund request
A request may be reviewed when a purchase was made by mistake, when the application cannot be used despite a reasonable support attempt, or when applicable law requires specific treatment.
Processing by Paddle
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and may participate in processing the transaction and refund under its procedures and applicable rules.
Licence
When a refund is accepted, the associated licence may be suspended, revoked or made unusable. This information does not limit mandatory customer rights under their jurisdiction.
