GETTING STARTED
Installation and activation

Windows installation
Install on C: with the included private runtime; no SDK is needed. The desktop shortcut is optional; Start menu and uninstall are provided.

TRINITY HUB activation
After purchase, enter the key in the app: TRINITY HUB verifies the licence and PC.

Updates remain available to everyone.
With or without a paid licence, official updates use HTTPS authentication, RSA-PSS manifests, SHA-256 checks and transactional installation with rollback. They never grant paid rights.

Safety and consent
SHIELD is not marketed as antivirus software. No universal Windows cleanup: exclusions and confirmations always apply, including with a licence. Cookies and the Recycle Bin require separate consent.
Windows signing and SmartScreen
The planned Windows package has no Authenticode signature. SmartScreen may warn; do not disable Windows protections.
Update authentication is separate from Windows publisher signing.

Data and privacy
Scans run locally. Settings, history and installation identity are stored in the user profile separately from program files; the local licence uses DPAPI protection.
TRINITY HUB processes transaction references needed for licensing, the purchase email when supplied by Paddle, product, licence status and technical delivery events. Activation uses a hashed technical fingerprint together with activation status and identifier.
The HUB also processes trial state, receipts and technical update information. Paddle handles payment; TRINITY does not collect complete payment-card details.
SHIELD uses the existing Paddle, Render and Neon services. Transaction, licence and activation data are retained for as long as needed to provide the product, prevent abuse, offer support and meet applicable obligations.

SHIELD licence and terms
One-time Lifetime purchase for one Windows PC, no subscription. The trial never turns into an automatic purchase.
A right to use the software does not transfer ownership of the software, interface or content; circumventing licensing or unauthorized redistribution is prohibited. A licence never removes safety exclusions or confirmation requirements.
Activation binds the product and one PC; paid access requires HUB verification and a local vault or setting alone never grants paid offline access. Recovery and transfer follow the existing controlled process, without unlimited transfers.
Some features require Internet access and depend on the services used. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance or provider outages.
No uninterrupted availability, separate support duration or entitlement to all future versions is announced.

Refund requests
Contact official support or Paddle with your purchase reference. A request may be reviewed when a purchase was made by mistake, when the application cannot be used despite a reasonable support attempt, or when applicable rules require specific treatment.
Paddle may participate under its procedures and the applicable rules. An approved full refund revokes the associated licence without erasing personal files.
This information does not limit mandatory customer rights under their jurisdiction. No automatic refund or new numerical deadline is promised.
